Recently, the Company has received reports that individuals claiming to be marketing planners of "Advanced Semiconductor Engineering Advertising Co., Ltd." (hereinafter referred to as "ASE Advertising") have falsely declared ASE Advertising to be a cooperative partner of the Company's ONDA PRO ("DEKA" Onda Microwave Diathermy Treatment System). They have also recruited the public through social media platforms, communication software, and other means to participate in the so-called "ONDA PRO Amateur Model Event" under the names of the Company and ONDA PRO, and have even provided documents listing the Company as the event organizer.

To prevent consumers from being misled and to protect the rights of the Company and consumers, the Company hereby solemnly declares as follows:

1. The Company has no cooperative relationship with ASE Advertising regarding the aforementioned "ONDA PRO Amateur Model Event," nor has it ever authorized ASE Advertising or its personnel to recruit models, negotiate cooperation, organize related events, or conduct publicity under the name of the Company, Grand Medical, ONDA PRO, or related names. Consumers are advised to remain vigilant, not to believe such information, and not to provide personal information, sign documents, or engage in related cooperation.

2. The Company has collected evidence regarding the relevant matters and has commissioned lawyers to take necessary legal measures. The Company will hold legally accountable any unauthorized use of the name of the Company or ONDA PRO for recruitment, publicity, or other activities.

3. If any consumers have received similar invitations, or possess relevant chat records, event documents, advertisements, business cards, or other materials, please feel free to contact the Company and provide the relevant information to facilitate further clarification and handling by the Company.
