Joint Statement

Regarding the recent information circulating in the market about the distribution of Mentor products, we hereby clarify:
Starting from the end of August 2025, the distribution rights for the Mentor series of products have been officially transferred, and will be jointly promoted and serviced by Johnson & Johnson (Johnson & Johnson Medical Taiwan) and Grand Medical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Grand Medical") and Jet Young Medical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jet Young").
In accordance with the contract, starting from August 31, 2025, the former distributor is no longer an authorized distributor of the original manufacturer. Any products sold and used by them during the unauthorized period cannot be included in the return or exchange service of Grand Medical and Jet Young, meaning sizes cannot be exchanged and subsequent patient warranty support will not be available.
Patients who wish to join the official Mentor warranty system of Grand Medical and Jet Young and enjoy lifetime warranty services must provide relevant information and product serial numbers (S/N) in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act. For warranty patients of the former distributor (limited to those supplied during the former distributor's authorized period), clinics may assist in providing product serial numbers (S/N) to facilitate the re-creation of files in the official warranty system. Unregistered individuals will not be eligible for subsequent warranty support provided by Grand Medical, Jet Young, and Johnson & Johnson.
On August 31, 2025, Johnson & Johnson Mentor will join hands with Grand Medical and Jet Young to officially announce the tripartite cooperation to the public through the media, jointly advancing the development of the breast aesthetics market in Taiwan.
Grand Medical and Jet Young value the trust of doctors and patients as well as the brand reputation of Mentor, and are grateful for the long-term support from all walks of life. We sincerely invite all friends who care about breast healthcare and aesthetics to participate in the grand event on August 31, co-organized with the Taiwan Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and the Taiwan Society of Plastic Surgery, to obtain the most correct and complete product and service information.
