【Important Announcement】Our company has officially become the distributor of Johnson & Johnson’s Mentor breast implants and Ethicon series products. We hereby urge everyone to obtain products through our company and other authorized channels of the original manufacturer to ensure product quality, protect your rights, and safeguard consumer safety.

Dear partners and friends, please be advised that Grand Medical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "our company") has officially obtained the distribution rights for Johnson & Johnson Medical Taiwan’s (hereinafter referred to as "Johnson & Johnson") Mentor breast implant series products and the medical aesthetic channel distribution rights for Ethicon Stratafix series products, effective August 1, 2025. The original distribution agreement between Johnson & Johnson and BelleRx Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "BelleRx") will terminate on August 31, 2025. Starting from September 1, 2025, our company will fully take over the northern and southern regions previously distributed by BelleRx. If there are other plans where the region is exclusively operated by the Central Region distributor (Chieh Yang Medical Co., Ltd.), further notice will be given.

To ensure smooth delivery, we kindly request that you proactively email the contracts and outstanding delivery quantities of Mentor breast implants and Ethicon series products, as well as the known surgery dates and model plans for September, to the following email address: mentor@gmmed.com.tw, so that our company can contact you as soon as possible.

Our company will continue to provide product warranty and after-sales service for complete warranty data actively transferred by BelleRx for surgeries scheduled on or before August 31, 2025, and for inventory products whose quality can be controlled and protected in accordance with the original manufacturer's storage and distribution standards. Our company solemnly declares that the source, quality, and condition of any products obtained through non-authorized channels of the original manufacturer cannot be verified and guaranteed. In order to ensure product quality, protect your rights, and safeguard consumer safety, our company hereby urges everyone to obtain the series of products through our company and other authorized channels of the original manufacturer (Central Region distributor: Chieh Yang Medical Co., Ltd.).
